Lessons from a Pandemic: Solutions for Addressing the Climate Change Crisis

On September 16, 2020 the Trottier Institute for Sustainability in Engineering and Design (TISED) will be hosting the 7th Annual Trottier Symposium on Sustainable Engineering, Energy and Design.

This year’s theme is “Lessons from a Pandemic: Solutions for addressing the Climate Change Crisis” and our speakers will be Dr. Naomi Oreskes and Dr. Michael E. Mann. The symposium will focus on applying what we learned from the COVID-19 pandemic and laying a roadmap on the role engineers and scientist can play in addressing the climate emergency. The presentations will be followed by a live Q&A discussion and the event is free and open to the public.
