Forest Gardening Mentorship: Ecological Resilience of Native Plants

This program is committed to ‘planting the future’, by saving our native nutritional and edible plants through an education that inspires tomorrow’s foragers, wild-crafters, herbalists, forest gardeners, permaculturists and ecologists. It offers a rigorous and intensive immersion into how to design and regenerate our landscapes.

Discover how a genuine working relationship with Earth is the cornerstone for enduring personal, community, ecological health and happiness. Learn how to achieve the same benefits that natural systems demonstrate: stability, resilience, self-maintenance, self-renewal and increased nutrient conservation at personal and ecological levels.

Through the ecological study and practice of forest gardening, we discover an ancient relationship with Nature. One that evokes a sacred partnership with the living planet. You will learn ways to participate in the creation of thriving ecosystems that sustain and regenerate all life.

Facilitator: Shantree Kacera, RH. D.N., Ph.D. Herbalist and Forest Gardener for over 40+ years.
