Environmental Concerns & the Next Federal Election

Wed Oct 16, 2019, Toronto, ON

Make your vote count in the most important - in terms of addressing the world’s environmental crisis - federal election in decades.

On October 16, Connecting Environmental Professionals Toronto and WeWork Scotia Plaza will be hosting an interactive, non-partisan session that will discuss and provide a comparative analysis of the various political parties’ platforms on major environmental issues. Robyn Gray, Vice President of Sussex Strategy Group will be leading the evening.

Robyn Gray is a Vice President in the Energy and Environment Practice at Sussex Strategy Group. She has a strong background in both government and public affairs, and a passion for sustainability and climate change policy.

This interactive, non-partisan session will highlight the platform of the various political parties and provide a comparative analysis of environmental issues, including climate change, energy, plastics in the environment, to name a few.

The 2019 Federal election will arguably be the most important in decades in addressing the world’s environmental crisis. It is CEP Toronto’s view that a more engaged and informed public will make more sound decisions at the voting station. Please join us for this comparative analysis with a Q&A, followed by networking at CRAFT Beer Market.
