I2T2 Symposium (International In-Situ Thermal Treatment - Remediation and Recovery)

Thu Jun 6 to Fri Jun 7, 2019, Banff, AB

We invite you to join us for our second biennial i2t2 Symposium; being held at the beautiful Banff Center, located in the breathtaking Canadian Rocky Mountains. i2t2 2017 was a spectacular event, so we are excited to invite you again!

We have a limited amount of space so be sure to register as soon as possible. If you would like the opportunity to present as a speaker or in one of the poster board sessions, please submit your abstracts for review to chairman (at) i2t2symposium.org . For more information and registration please visit: http://i2t2symposium.org

As a presenter you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and insights on in-situ recovery technologies and in-situ thermal remediation processes. Many of the technologies and processes used in petroleum recovery and environmental remediation have similar challenges. This symposium will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest advances in these two areas and to share research outcomes and practical experience. Lowering costs, reducing environmental impacts, and improving project sustainability will be major themes of the symposium.

“the goal of the symposium is to share knowledge and learnings on in-situ thermal remediation and recovery technologies that will enable the Delegates to have an informed and unbiased understanding of how these processes might be useful tools in their industry”

Please submit your abstract(s), of no more than 350 words, to the Technical Chairmen (details at http://i2t2symposium.org) by December 3, 2018. List each of the contributing authors along with their affiliation and contact information. If more than one author, indicate which is the corresponding author. Submissions will be reviewed by the technical committee. Notification of acceptance or regret will be emailed to the corresponding author between January 21-25, 2019.
