Discover the incredible story of the Monarch butterfly, and find out what you can do to help protect this iconic and imperiled species.

Our hands-on workshop explores the Monarch’s life cycle, migration and habitat requirements, and provides the necessary skills and equipment to bring Monarchs into any educational environment.

Topics include:

- the significance of milkweed for Monarch habitats
- appropriate care and handling protocols throughout all life -
- history of tagging and tracking of migrating Monarchs
- ethical considerations related to species conservation
