Naturally Mindful - 6 week mindfulness course at Kortright Centre

Spring Course

• 6 week course: Fridays, April 6 – May 11, 2018 10a.m. - 12 p.m., $299 + HST
• Silent retreat: Sunday May 6, 10a.m. - 3 p.m.

Cultivating mindfulness enhances our ability to connect with nature and trains our minds and hearts to live in the present moment. Practicing mindfulness in nature can help us get to know ourselves better and learn to more easily switch from the busy “doing” (reactive) move to “being” (responsive) mode.

Each two-hour session, led by Ameeta Dudani, will include teachings, guided practice in nature, periods of silence, mindful journaling, and group discussion. No experience with mindfulness is require for this course.

In the tradition of most mindfulness course, this course will include a silent retreat.
