The quality of planning, design, construction and use of materials, while adapting to climate change, resilience and the delivery of safe, high quality and well-designed products, services and buildings, makes for a continual environmental management system of all wastes throughout their lifecycle, in accordance with agreed international frameworks, and significantly reduce release to air, water and soil in order to minimize their adverse impacts on human health and the environment.
