Halton Eco Festival - 17th annual

The Halton Eco Festival is a free environmental fair for healthy living, biodiversity and sustainability.

Join us at the Glen Abbey Community Centre located on Third Line just south of Upper Middle Road in Oakville.

The 17th annual event features educational booths and speakers, eco cafe, and a live, all-day presentation by Sciensational Ssnakes!! to highlight the issue of biodiversity.

It takes place from 10 am to 4 pm and is free to attend.

Halton Region Public Works distributes free blue boxes with a limit of one per family.

Many of the booths host interactive activities for children and families.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation encourage participation in yoga.

Sponsored by Niagara Escarpment Views, Town of Oakville's Environmental Policy Department, Halton Region's Public Works Department, and Conservation Halton.

There is free parking available on-site.

We encourage people to volunteer at the event too.

The Halton Eco Festival is organized by the Oakville Community Centre for Peace, Ecology and Human Rights, an incorporated not-for-profit organization.
