Nature Play Master Class
with Claire Warden and Adam Bienenstock

The Humber Arboretum is proud to present a Nature Play Master Class with Claire Warden and Adam Bienenstock. These world-renowned experts in nature play, natural playground design, and nature pedagogy are offering an evening "Fireside chat" followed by a one-day class, all at the LEED Gold Certified Centre for Urban Ecology.

Fireside Chat: Monday November 28, 6 pm - 8 pm

Workshop: Tuesday November 29, 8 am - 4 pm

Claire Warden is an educational leader and author based in the UK who has developed a coveted approach to nature pedagogy and experiential learning.

Adam Bienenstock is the founder of Bienenstock Natural Playgrounds. His firm is a world leader in the design, building, and pedagogy of natural play spaces.

Tickets:
$120 for both | $25 evening only | $100 for workshop only

Location:
205 Humber College Blvd (Near Highway 27 & the 427), Toronto

Located behind Humber College's North campus, the Humber Arboretum offers botanical gardens and over six kilometres of walking trails through the West Humber River Valley. Nature education outreach based out of the Centre for Urban Ecology include programs for visiting school groups, winter and summer nature day camps, and family events. The CUE also works with Humber College's ECE program and engages with a variety of other students and groups at Humber College.
